Management didn't go into Chap 11 in order to hand the company over to their creditors. Management has large stock holdings and it is in their best interest to maintain a viable company.

Thanks for the info, I agree, it may go either way. I never thought I would see the day that Alta went b/k, that's for sure. But, they did sign that ridiculous deal with Gerald, probably because no one could forsee the dump that au has taken, but it did .
