There's a poster on the Yahoo Board (can't find the reference again) who says that he has checked the institutional holders of NETP and LPGLY is on the list as owning 1.3 million shares not 2 million, which, this poster says, has been claimed for it. LPGLY owns around 1.38 million shares of NETG and 2.6 million shares of NETP. Regards. Rajiv

Rajiv is correct. If you so desire, you can verify the numbers in the "Principal Shareholder" sections in the following documents filed with the SEC: sec.gov sec.gov LPGLY is a hell of a puzzle. It is curious that the company has not done more to promote their holdings. Edit: No membership necessary for the SEC...just pay your taxes.
