Esteban, I also keep small balances at other online firms. I have for the last 1 1/2 - 2 years. It all boils down to YOUR definition of service. I am always checking all of my accounts to compare quality. I am not loyal to any firm, just the one with the best technology NOW. Yes, Web Street has gotten better, especially since last summer. I must trade much more to assesss there latest update today. I like it so far, but the font is smaller. This is OK for me, nothing wrong with these eyes yet. I see improvement with Web Street, but wish they would buy a clearing firm. I think US Clearing may be to busy with all of the firms they handle, and this can cause problems for all of US Clearings clients. I don't even know if a firm can self clear for themselves, but if they can it sounds like a good idea. Oh Well, Bordelon
