That sounds great to me. IMHO management showed great restraint given their debt burdens. The concerted action of the GSM alliance to cover the entire country is another good sign. Consolidation is imminent but the time frame may be extended. I do not think it will take place while the networks are being built but soon after.

Eric.. What happened to New Orleans? I thought PTEL was helping finance another company to ensure that license was purchased by GSM operator. New Orleans is still pretty major city and definitely important from roaming perspective with all of the tourism, conferences, etc. that are there.
