Followup offerings are moronic. They price at the SAME price as the market, and if you didnt want to buy it now, why would you want to get it just because they call it a Secondary Offering? I NEVER get in the secondaries, most of the time the stock falls anyway on the selling. Think about it, CNQR volume is LOW, when 1M+ shares hit the market and say 100K sell, it is going DOWN...bad idea getting it.
