I would like more informative communication from the company.

well so would I!! The problem is they are now in a "rock and hardplace" situation! Let me give you a hypothetical. Suppose you had 4 or 5 or 6 majors signed to confidentiality agreements. Suppose they were now in posession of a "geological report" that outlined some pretty impressive stuff. Now suppose those same majors want to ge in on the cheap! Would you (RKR) be announcing the status of your $15,000,000 claim at this point, good or bad...or would you keep it close to the breast. Likely the answer is to keep it close to the breast!! The threat of a $15,000,000 settlement is just as good as a "Mr. major we really don't need you as a partner" but make your proposal!!
So lets assume that we were to go out and take a chance and drop a few holes in this property, if we hit the motherload then we can dictate to the majors....but what happens if we end up with a couple of duds?? All of a sudden the property isn't "perfect" anymore!!

If by June the Joint Ventures don't come, then we fall back on a reduced drill program and a very very loud lawsuit!!

Nope, as much as this p*sses me off, they are doing the right thing IMHO!!If i was in T. Kennedy's shoes, I would be playing this very carefully and not giving any internet chat rooms any facts!!<gg.

Comments??
