The following statements are general in nature and is more or less ventilating on my part. There is absolutely no doubt that the earning statements that were made by famh were at the least irresponsible and possibly fraudulant, for those that made these statements were in a position that they SHOULD AND COULD have know the real facts. This makes them liable for the consequences that resulted from their statements. There is no way they can hide behind the forward looking statement bush. They should be sued for those consequences. It would take a class action, but I would like to see that happen after they are removed.imho LUCKY
