Esteban, my order was a limit buy order @144 of AOL when it was trading between 143 and 144 near the close. Their 'Message Center' told me yesterday near close that 'some NYSE orders' are rejected due to technical problems. This is really 'nice'.
Technical problems? WEll, my trading environment at home is 100% online for all business days throughout the year. How come that DATEK can't setup their system in the same way?
My system at home is a 3 triple redundant system (wrt to the most critical components). So, if one systems fails - one of my inet provider or one of my computer- I switch to a different one. If everythings works all systems are working together to increase my performance. Why Datek can't do the same wrt their Data/connectivity/service provider or whatever?
I think I have at least deserved 100 free trades, AOL's high was 148 so far.
