Which is better than nothing. RickT, Thank you for calling attention to the all-too-typical "non-sense response" that we unfortunately get from Etrade. Elevating the level to the next supervisor is, IMO, a wise thing to do. I hope others will read your post and give it a try. I wish you were on Etrade's staff. They could certainly use someone like you who has common sense, and a practical approach to problem solving. Ice
