Qcom held back a 28 million rev from their Russian Biz.I assume this will be used for offsetting some losses.

I understand that margins should now improve but their will might be some ST loss in rev's due to this sale[YES] therefore pressuring eps in the ST as well.[YES-upward!]

Go back and reread Gregg's post. Infrastructure division was losing $150 MM per year, so its elimination will favorably impact earnings by that amount.
