Okay! here is the original message for the "two messages" that just came out individually today! I say again...these are not new PP's or debentures, they are just the VSE filing (acceptance)!! VSE won't file if not accepted! Closing of a PP is what the company does. I thought closing came after acceptance of the documentation " filed " with the regulatory body. Would you double check this? the Chief Rock Resources Inc - Rock Resources private placement for $450,000 Rock Resources Inc RKR Shares issued 21,543,508 1999-03-01 close $0.21 Monday Mar 1 1999 Mr. Thomas Kennedy reports The company has negotiated a private placement financing for $450,000, comprised of the following: $400,000 convertible debenture which has a conversion feature allowing conversion into units at 15 cents per unit in the first year and at 20 cents per unit in the second year, with each unit comprised of one share and one two-year warrant to purchase an additional share at 15 cents per share during the first year and at 20 cents per share during the second; and $50,000 for 333,333 units at 15 cents with each unit comprised of one share and one two-year warrant to purchase an additional share at 15 cents during the first year and at 20 cents during the second. Proceeds will be used for continuing expenses with respect to the company's Chilean mineral property, general working capital and payment of current obligations.
