Rich, what you are presenting as an argument that financing is not an issue, is an opinion on the internal dynamics of management the board and current investors in the company. These are well weighed opinions, but business people change their attitude toward their investments (some of them quite often), and thus, these should not be classified as facts but opinions. My opinion differs from yours, since my experience has been that good business people often walk away from investments if they are asked to "wait too long" and promised the start up too often. That is why, without having the in depth knowledge of the intentions of Berg that you possess, I am standing on the sideline until I see a factual movement that indicates that indeed financing is not an issue. All I have right now as facts are the quarterly burn rate of VLNC and the cash they had on end at the beginning of the last quarter. These two numbers indicate that it is time to go back to the financial well, one way or another. I believe that this assessment is relatively factual, based on information we have.
