When I first opened an account with ABW 2 years ago it was great, Wonder what happened to him, I mean this guy even called me a few times and set everything up and all I was looking for was some real time quotes. I didnt pay much attention to it since it was all taken care off and somethings even explained to me even though I was not even intrested in using UT to trade at the time. Got a checking account and even the visa debt card.

This year when I called to actually start using the service boy was there a change. No one knew anything (we dotn have any debt cards, you cant write checks) and it was like twlight zone. I think they hired a lot of NY guys to handle things and they treat people just like at home. And on top of being ignorant they are also kinda slow. Really have no idea whats going on, but I have noticed that origianlly a place is great till volume goes through the roof and then everything just falls apart.
