Are there any streaming media cognescenti out there who might know whether a particular streaming media platform might be better suited to multicasting over a certain type of router?

To make the player available is one thing; to present it as the
end-all is another (and great!)

Am I missing something? Can you point me to a link where BCST, YHOO or any other entity (other than MSFT) is presenting Media 4.0 as the be all and end all player? The link you cited in your earlier post merely informs people of the new player and invites them to download it. I sense no partiality toward one or the other.
