Rich Wolf: Re the Irish Development Board and Financing. I think it is within the realm of possibility that the IDB is not necessarily constrained by the mumbo jumbo contained in Valences various SEC documents as to when they can or will actually release funds. If they beleive that Valence is going to be an enduring entity, providing jobs and paying taxes, I think they have greater flexibility in releasing funds than purely based on invoiced goods. How any payments from IDB would reflect on Valences 10Q's is not at all clear to me however. How do VLNC's non US subsidiarys interplay, for example? Perhaps someone could comment.
