Keith: I've called often and have never been on hold. Go figure? I had a problem with a couple trades and they stayed on the line with me until they fixed it. Also one time a sell fill was not done at a higher price for an unknown reason so they honoured that higher price even after the price dropped. Another time they waved the commission on a trade because of a small computer flub up. I'm sure you will be pleased Keith. Anything is better than what we've been stuck with all these years.
