what I don't like is that the day before the last news, moneymade was listing on SI the exact info that would be released the next day (deal with gnet and new web site). Now kyle says that gnet could have been found out by listening to the interview with ceo who mentioned negotiations with the 25th largest web site, and that you could look that up. However, how did moneymade know the upgraded site would be coming, and how did he know the exact day before it was announced? Press kyle on this if you speak to him. It stinks of something rotten if you ask me.

Just a clarification..

I see and agree about the total number of unissued shares. As of now, I believe there are ~28,000,000 shares outstanding + something like 1.8 million preferred which in may 99 will be around 18,000,000ish common..

I see where GSIC does have a large amount of unissued stock and I was under the impression that this stock would/could not be issued this year. I'm not quite sure if (and don't think) they can just issue stock at whim and was under the impression that we would have around 46.5 million outstanding for the rest of 99.

That's just my take.. Don't hold me to it please =)
