Here's an uneducated question:

Could the 0.12 include the write-off of inventory that happened last fall? (I'm not exactly sure what I am asking since I'm not an account)

I hope it's a pure 0.12 (including the $4M of milestones which is worth about .13, right? )

For those interested in April or May options, you can contact the CBOE and ask that a series be opened. After tomorrow, you may not have to.
