DEC sales losses?

I have previously posted here that cpq has lost in excess of 20% of dec sales since the acquisition of dec. This info came from my broker - a large nationally known brokerage/investment banking firm. Does anyone have any independent information that either confirms or refutes this allegation by this major brokerage that cpq has lost 20%+ of the dec business? If this is true, I am curious as to an explanation as to what caused this exodus of 1 out of 5 dec sales to competitors. Furthermore, if this is true, I sure hope someone brings this up at the annual meeting.
