I think you missed my admittedly obscure point. Given that the "home" exchange is the London Stock Exchange, why would it get itself listed on the Nasdaq with ADRs'. That is not normal thing for a small cap LSE listed company. It i usually the preserve of the big cap multi-nationals. The only explanantion is that it wants to have its shares exposed to the US markets and is being quite aggressive about it. Yet this seems to be inconsistent with its other "reputation" for being "private".

It sounds to me like this company has been preparing itself for big time exposure.
