Scott;

Re: Your questions

1) If by OWS you mean "Off Wall Street", no, I have no association, affiliation, relationship, etc. with them, though I am flattered that you think so.

2) Columbia has TREMENDOUS information resources, so, yes, I can do alot of "homework" on these stocks.

3) SHAL is a nonreporting OTCBB stock, it is IMMEDIATELY suspect. Yes, nonreporting companies are always red flagged, and those that are late in their promised filings are double red-flagged.

4) SHAL is doing the "registered spin-off" scam, it is a way to create new non-reporting BB stocks. another warning sign. Companies doing this (like PMKY tried to do) are ALWAYS red-flagged.

5) No interest in AMZN.

6) I have not yet changed my mind on any OTCBB scam that I have investigated. Can Zebras change their stripes?

7) Its always RESEARCH first, position later.

Buyer Beware!
