Hi Olga, I believe if the stock goes up too much before the PP, the deal may fall apart.. A similar situation haapened with a company called Solar Systems (SCS, vancouver) The stock was trading aroi=und teh 20 cents range and i believe they had a private placement in Feb/99 at 15 cents. Right after that the stock started moving, it is now $1.20 Also pls read my next post, may give some idea about the not so nice things that may happen in teh market, specailly with penny stocks.. Cheers...
