Chief - How da hell did ya fill out that Capital gains from - LOL it only has about 20 lines - I just print out a spreadshett - actually I run a MS ACCESS report linked to my SS but it is very clear that these profits are NOT capital gains. Be careful with the ole taxman as he may cometh - I am in a constant battle with them every year and I am not even a small business owner - They audited me once for $600 moving expenses. two of the last three years I spent hours on the phone with deputy ministers my MP, ministers - YES about various policies etc. After being audited for $600 in moving expenses imagine how quick they were to audit me last year when I claimed $23,000 in moving expenses. You all might want to talk to a tax lawyer or tax accountant.
