The previous links about SVGI make me a little nervous, though.

Me, too. But if it weren't for competition, Akins etal would get complacent.

Sales to ASMLithography, Canon, Nikon and SVG Lithography accounted for approximately 40%, 21%, 28% and 6%, respectively, of total revenues for the first nine months of 1998 and 24%, 25%, 39% and 6%, respectively, of total revenues in 1997.

As you can see SVGI has traditionally been a single digit % customer.
I could not locate a specific % to SVGI in the latest 10-K. I am by no means discounting this as not significant. Just pointing it out.
