Problem here is IF GUILTY, this guy is going to get raked over the coals to make an example. SEC and others are going to crush him over something that to me is not that big a deal, they must show he had intent to defraud and make money to be guilty. A large part of wall street is guilty of doing the same sh t, and the SEC doesn't push hard to catch those pricks. But here is one little guy (he's only 25, can't be making too much) and the whole world is coming down on him over a minor deal. Everyone should do their own DD prior to buying a stock. Everyday I am bombarded with stupid posters pumping some crap. ANd everyday, i get phone calls from brokers or what not with the latest way to make 100% in 3 months ("just send me your $ my friend"). I wish all pair folks would get off their azz and try to move the stock up much like GARY DALE HOKE did. The stock moved more to his actions than it had in the last f cking months of agony for us long term holders caused by dumbazz management. Actually, his work stopped the downtrend and moved us to here !!!!! Sorry to vent but I think issue is not that big a deal. IMHO NOE hk
