My reasoning for the revised SEC form?

When BII first applied for Nasdaq, it was in the $7.00-$8.50 range. At that time of filing, a request for the Big Board would not have made sense and might have lacked credibility due to their market cap. at the time......

However, things have changed drastically and they now have a market cap to support a big board listing and make the request for a big board listing more credible and realistic. Smart move in my opinion.

Clearly, with the filings coming fast and furious, this can only mean one thing....BII's lawyers are on the phone with the SEC almost daily ironing out the fine print of the application...for example, SEC calls BII and says "you need this part completed....or.....give us more information...or....clarify your comments in paragraph whatever". BII then files the changes or clarifications therefore creating additional filings. Administration my friend that is all it is.

So what if it takes a little bit more time...at least the i's are being dotted and the t's are being crossed correctly....why do you always seem to think that a little more work means something negative?

Not to brag....but I have correctly called the open for this stock the past two days....tomorrow....I can see us opening the day at $30.00...after that? only the market will tell but as the anticipation grows and people wanting to go long for the weekend, we could easily close at or above the $34.00 level......it would be very nice indeed.
