Hi John,

Good work on the Churchill Downs scenario. It's becoming more obvious that the folks on the thread are getting downright serious about doing good, solid DD on what Sungold is now all about.

There are many tie-ins possible on a project the magnitude of Richmond Downs. Nothing is too big or too absurd to happen. It's simple. Sungold has laid the groundwork for a megaproject. If they've done this properly, it is only the Big
Boys who can see it through to fruition. So do not despair when names like Stronach or Churhill Downs are mentioned in the same breath as our lowly Sungold. Those guys did not get where they are today by not beating the bushes for a great deal.
