Tim

As I've said before, to others, I can put up with computer problems. I can not put up with an arrogant staff. Oh well, I hope tomorrow turns out to be better for all of us.

I was at your thread, saw you're a FORE fan. I like it too.

Good Luck trading

Straight Up

In response to my suggestion to offer a choice of data feeds (like what cyber offers), one of the customer support representatives replied as indicated below. To protect his identity (as I hope he will protect my true identity), I will not copy his entire message (deleting his name)...

<<I appreciate both your patience and the suggestion. You'll be happy to know that we have the hardware to set up the S&P Comstock -- we are in the process of working out some contractual obligations. I don't have a definitive ETA, but it will probably be some time within the next two months.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Regards,>>

Now, I have always been dealt w/ in a very polite and courteous manner. I have the highest regard for ABWs staff and I can sympathize with both them and you guys who were in this big mess today. Yes, I have multiple data vendors so perhaps I didn't feel it as badly as others but my main trading platform is UT at ABW so I too was a tad upset today. Tomorrow is a new day, lets hope for the best.

Tim, here are my daytrading results from my first 8 days
at Watley. At the same time, I continued to trade at Fidelity
Spartan, and these results are listed as well. All trades were
scalps, so they lasted a few seconds to a minute.

It is evident that either I've yet to master the Watley (MBT,
Cyber, etc.) system, or my style of trading needs to change to
accomodate Watley's executions. It also is evident that Fidelity
works quite well for these scalps. In the last several days,
I've taken a break from Watley in order to stop the losses:

Day Fidelity Watley Total
04/05 61.78 ( 656.92) ( 595.14)
04/06 528.55 ( 89.70) 438.85
04/07 539.95 ( 161.01) 378.94
04/08 715.62 ( 19.01) 696.61
04/09 318.63 ( 463.78) ( 145.15)
04/12 249.28 (1,326.67) (1,077.39)
04/13 563.82 No Trades 563.82
04/14 1,869.30 No Trades 1,869.30

Total: 4,846.93 (2,717.09) 2,129.84
