JDB: If earnings/revenue tank again as indicated by Skippy we could be down to $3. Mgmt are completely out of sync with the Industry. They have not shown any Leadership skills/vision for a turn-around. Many of our members and myself two years ago came up with a set of suggestions to be acted on as a package. Instead for 2 yrs they tried to rearrange /acquire various bits and pieces , even changing CEO's. 8 Quarters of wasted time and resources with absolutely no accountablity is a lot for the Street to endure. Reengineering depends exclusively on establishing the Vision and the objectives. Once this is done and agreed to by senior Mgmt, it is only a matter of Organisation and leadership. I am afraid CS has not shown any of that.The move to the Net Mgmt Service sector is not going to pay off.It is in competition with EDS and the big TELCO's who have far better expertise from Broad band Fibre to the last mile. CB needs to admit his limitations and put up the Company for sale to the highest bidder. That is the only practical solution. The longer he delays the lower CS goes.!
