I'd say manipulation at it's best. But check out the update posted at the Sideware storefront:

Trade Show Updates
Thursday, April 15
Sideware's Booth is reported to be extremely busy. With approximately 12-15 full-time staff attending the booth (including Management) there is no time for anyone to take a break as there is always another customer waiting to talk to a Sideware representative. Two thousand information packages were handed out during the first half of the show (1.5 days) and more were sent from Vancouver to accommodate today's crowd. Three hundred Press Kits have been distributed to interested news writers and approximately 200 Internet/e-Commerce businesses have asked to be contacted by Sideware to discuss doing business when the show is over.
CBS Market Watch has released an article from yesterday's press conference.

Wednesday, April 14
The Company's Press conference was held today at 11:15 a.m. (PDT). It was attended by approximately two dozen technology/business news writers, including jounalists from the L.A. Times, Rueters, Internet Week, and e-Commerce Magazine. Management talked about the design direction that Dr. Bean customer service is taking and how it will turn into a powerful customer-service portal for the Internet. The Dr. bean Product interface will add functionality and features that will provide a host of dynamic functions to lure the customer back to the site. It will also form a revenue center for advertising and provide the ability to team up with other portal sites; for example, Yahoo and Excite. The company expects to see broad media coverage within the industry as a result of this presentation.

Any way you look at it, the stock is a bargain at these levels.

Hi David
The reason the stock is falling is because to many shares are being sold. I am not trying to be coy, so let me remind you that on NO Canadian Exchange is there a regulation that says a stock sold short is required to have a "borrowed" stock, in order for the transaction to take place .....Like the regulation on U.S. Exchanges.

Now let me also note that Mr Jones is maybe a bit conservative and at times maybe goal directed :-)
As far as I am concerned he has done a GREAT JOB of bringing SYD to a stage where the fundamentals are speaking for themselves and very soon, it is possible, that SOME, if not a lot of folks, that have sold this one short, without having a "borrowed" stock to replace the one they have sold, will wish ..... well you know :-)]]]]]

BTW: I will not offer a single share for them to buy.....in order to replace the one they sold :-)

Best Regards to all.....and Gator.....are you laughing >>>>>:-)
