There actually is more to that law sid, but your about right. It is difficult to say as far as what dcht has told its consultants. Information is on a need to know basis. Whether the company has or hasnt, well who knows. I guess if he says tomorrow that monday dcht will be awarded some huge contract we know who is in the know and furnishing information illegally now dont we. But I havent quite heard that out of him. Nor have we been monitoring his trading activity. But all in all, since the company has not had material changes affecting its balance sheets or P & L statements thus moving the stock one direction or another, I dont think there is any danger on his part. The stock has been pretty stuck. If anyone has been hyping here, Its not working. If there is any big short out there, its not working. If anyone knows something we dont, we have not seen any little surges or accumulations in this stock. I guess we are all wrong right now except for DCHT H Sensor customers like westinghouse, lockheed, allied signal, and the rest of them. Holding pattern for DCHT stock as of late!!!!
