i had a good day today because i got my buys in before the problems started but i must say i was lucky not to get caught in a freeze...but if i did get burned i'm sure i wouldn't be so nice right now....hang in there i think watley will no doubt make things right and i think you are with the best....i know that doesn't help much since you are so upset but i do hope you stay.

We sure agree on the customer service issue. Let me know if you find a broker that has a backup data feed if one (PCQUOTE) goes down. That would be a big advantage.

P.S. Congratulations on being post 1000! Maybe Watley will give you a month's free data feed <gg>

Stright, sure they could have a back up . But you know what? Some one will have to pay for it . Guess who? You ready for higher commissions?? Nothing is free in life. If you find a broker with a back up you will pay for it . That you can be sure of
