Fine, he sells out next month to some chief miner son of a gun who will give a 10 % to the shareholders than they could reap by holding shares for a 20 year mine life. If we don't see that as not in Maxam Share Holders Best Intests, we are doomed. The Majors and Minors will now see COC is prooven and jus maybe approach us by surprise. To a lesser extent until the final holes are in and reported and THIRD PARTY VERIFIED...we are in a drivers seat on a negioations stance because...they COULD make an "X" deal now( with a high percentage income stream or a Cash bankeable pay out based upon final COC) or they wait for the final COC on the following 8 holes and mark my words...THEY WILL PAY US LATER at Double "X". We are so dam close, we wait for 2X....I vote. Promises: I will do COC- Done April 15th, 1999 Dams-( this is all i can think of) I picked up my taxes from the CPA, I forgot to mail them, gots to go for a drive- at least i have stamps in my wallet...and COC inmy Pocket!
