I dont think the topic will be about Caching if he does speak there. It would be about the Novell tivoli announcement that the two made on December 9th (I believe) when Tivoli promised integrate Managewise agents to their system, that Tivoli agents would be created for NetWare, and that NDS would be integrated into Tivoli. I think there hasnt been much from Tivoli since that announcement. I would then think that NOVL would call off Eric from the conference unless they see some results. (dont know if thats a big threat for Tivoli). As for caching, IBM does have caching software. Remember that it wasw pitted againsts NOVL and the other products in that recent "Bake-Off". IBM opted to not publish the results. You would have to summize that the results paled in comparison to NOVL's Proxy cache. But yes they have a proxy cache solution. toy
