Not sure where you get off Mr. Maven, You may make $100 Million investments.. that's why I'm surprised you don't know about FAS 115 or the SEC rules that will not allow a Company to trade on a Public Market unless they conform to U.S. GAAP. Go back in the Shadows. This quote is from your URL on ADRs... "Issuer Disadvantages of Level I Program: It cannot be listed on any of the national exchanges in the US.
