Buying some Aug 45 calls tomorrow...

Will hold at least until next month's earnings. If DELL does like it usually does, I'll be happy as a clam. Even if it doesn't, the pre-earnings jitters should inflate the volatility enough so I don't lose too much premium. A lot of call buyers I know say never hold till expiration. Loss of time value in options accelerates in the last few weeks, more than enough to give you whip lash. That is, unless the option is deep in the money as wbm plays it.

I do not, for a second, believe investors are pulling away from technology. I think what we saw was a correction in the tech sector. No financial co is going to give the returns that the tech sector does and people are greedy, not cautious.
