Well Ahmed, here we are, Oil has has hit 17.15 today which, if I am not mistaken, takes out the previous high of 17.10. The taking of 17 is major, imho. Absolutely no one expected it, and 17 was the line at which the bulls got thrown back three times. Bullish as am, even I expect major consolidation at 18. But then again, this oil bull has done nothing but SHOCK and STUN to the upside. My Momma always told me not to stand in front of freight trains, especially moving ones.
