That is precisely one of the key points in what should be at least in part an educational forum. No one should have their "life savings" invested in a single company. Further, no one should have more in a company - especially one with the operating and financial track record of a company like VLNC - than they can comfortably afford to lose.

The suggestion, implicit or otherwise by kellet that it is reasonable to mortgage a house to invest in VLNC (as I recall he once said he did) is irresponsible at best if not criminal. mooter has represented that he has a CFA. Any CFA with integrity would counsel others to avoid investing more than a very small amount in a speculative stock. I hope naive investors won't be hurt by the kind of portfolio management counsel that is endorsed by these guys.
