To Anyone:
Will someone please explain to me how existing shareholders of CPQ are going to benefit from Alta Vista? It seems to me the company
should scrap this "spin off" in light of drastic changes in the industry or just at CPQ (the jury is still out on that). I don't see
how the company can offer shares of its greatest asset to others when
existing shareholders are losing their investment and their opportunity for gain since box building is taking on an entirely
different picture in light of falling prices, commoditization,etc..

As a shareholder I do not feel that it is right for the company to sell the part that will benefit the most financially going forward from the
rapidily growing use of the internet.

Does anyone else feel the same and what is our recourse?

Regards,
