Jim, I just reviewed the last 10-years chart of the Mc Sum index; I hope you are right; looks to me like we have a pretty tight oscillation about zero for the past 30 or so days; didn't see this kind lethargy (slow acceleration off zero) for the past 10-years cept for a sideways markets in the early '90's. All will be known in the fullness of time.
