I do not think so I did mine and I have not seen a charge. Guess I should find out... However if you have multiple securities in that account you can DTC the security to E-trade and it only takes three days. Talk to E-trade about this ... They will be able to answer your questions.

I transfered mine to E*Trade a couple of years ago just by filling out a form that I downloaded from their site and mailing it in. There wasn't any charges that I can recall. The local broker called me crying about it.
