I'm waiting until it exchanges data with the PC... so I can transfer my MS-Outlook address book onto it. --- Amy, exchanging information with Outlook is core functionality for WinCE devices like the Jornada 420. That's a feature that's been there since day one. Go ahead and buy one - you'll like it :). - Eric
