Ike, as a Stock Idea of the Day, I really liked how Ebay hung tough and was the first of the nets to turn upward today. I was reading Tuesday NY Times and the cover page had an article about the popularity of the auction sites and in particular Ebay. February had 6.5 million unique users. In addition to this my wife, who deals in antiques, went to a week long antique show in the fields of Texas, and the buzz in the fields was how much money they are all making on Ebay. The stories were countless. Many of the persons my wife spoke to had never used a computer before they decided to pursue ebay. Both buying and selling. In addition the sales in the "fields" were apparently great also, and the comments were people were buying to put things on Ebay. I find it fascinating how the power of the internet and business models like ebay can spread like wild fire to persons who never were interested in computers...Just something to think about with Ebay's earnings on the 26th coming..good be like sch. Well, I gave some advice to sell a portion of the position in IATV before the 2 day monster dip to 13.5/ I now feel that Monday and beyond will be VERY interesting and although I didn't have the guts to pull the trigger when it went all the way to 13.5 I will most likely be buying more on Monday. There is to be a very interesting conference with IATV and Liberty Cable Monday and things are just starting to heat up. I would also bring some attention to FNHC which I purchased at 7, sold at 17 3/4 and rebought at 15...the rebuy wasn't the 'best' play, but they are now at a great price point of 10 and change...strong buy for the next big move which should be coming in the not so distant future. Keep eye on ASTN also as this is now in a serious breakout with some really nice players and contracts now coming to fruition. I hope you had a great weekend...I know I did after the Friday zoom of 4+ on IATV. best chris
