problem is that the maximum gain is the premium you collect. if dell goes significantly above 40 at expiration, you probably would've been better off buying calls or the stock.

i bought some May 45 calls at 2 7/8 last week. You can pick them up for 1 3/4 now. If Dell makes earnings estimates should reach 45 or better by expiration date i think. If exceeded, maybe 50 or better.
