EXDS investors ... NY Times article in todays business section, title: Is Mr. Gates Pouring Fuel On His Rivals Fire ? This article discusses the "post internet PC" and what the future holds. Hal Abelson of MIT quotes in the article: "Much of corporate computing will shift to the service model. The large computer installs at companies that run their own web sites will be replaced by centralized hosting services. The analogy is with 19th century electricity when companies had their own generators but with the rise of the utilities these companies left the power generation to the specialists".
