Jack, I now get a blank space where the article used to be, but if I recall correctly, it was your standard story about how oil prices are staying high. Petroleum price news can be seen every day at headlines.yahoo.com Crude oil prices are graphed daily at oilworld.com where it can be seen that so far the price of crude is holding solid as a rock. Some petroleum prices can be watched by the minute at cnnfn.com Amicus curiae means "friend of the court" and advises the court on legal matters. I don't think they bring suit themselves and in any case are disinterested parties who know what they are talking about in legal matters. They are not paid by either side of a suit and have no monetary interest in the outcome of a legal case. They just want to help the court. But I am not a lawyer, so that could be inaccurate. Charles
