Ca. has a fuel formulations that no other state has, you gotta pay if you are going to play in Ca. -g- and the refinery fire. I can get gas for 88 cents a gallon. I have many friends and have lived many year in the NY metro area. Mendham NJ and the township alot of those years, and prices are high. People sell their house in a day or two and think nothing of it. I describe this as life in the big city. Sillicon valley may not be Manhattan or Tokyo, but you cats have money like those folks. And Life in the Big CIty is expensive, unless you have cultivated a cardboard shelter lifestyle like several of the more discerning Mythsters have adopted. We may be what psychologists call the early adapters. --vbg--
