Hi Mark "I just hate arrogance on the phone." I agree! As I've stated before, I can handle a computer problem but I can not tolerate rude and arrogant people. I imagine that the Watley rudeness starts at the top and has trickled down. One must guess that if the employees are treated with kindness and respect then they would pass that off to the customers. It is obviously not a priority at Watley. IMO, it is an absolute disgrace that people just can't be kind to each other naturally, why do we need classes in it? I also believe that the "arrogance" and "the ego" will supercede any of our posts. IMO,I believe that when a Watley rep reads this he/she will view it as "just a handful" of unhappy people for "one day". What he/she will miss is that most stories posted happened before yesterday. For a company that is about to go public I expect more. Straight Up
