Baja

The problem I worry about is that if you have a Nidek that is not forced into a license agreement, it means that they can start selling their product without per use fees. Once one vendor is doing it, it will make it difficult for another to charge the fees.

I agree with you regarding Visx being the stock of a lifetime. A friend of mine worked for Visx. He had a 60,000 share stock option. He exercised and sold all when he left, at 13. He is still (or should be) kicking himself in the rear.

Baja, you finally broke down and came over to SI from that Cyber version of the Jerry Springer show meets Lou Dobbs called the Yahoo VISX thread.

I'm not in Baja, but right across the bay right now in Mazatlan, enjoying a long weekend after an interesting week.

If VISX dips below 20, will accumulate more shares. Very happy I got into OHSI last week and want to buy more.

VISX = Coke KERA = New Coke

KERA gets a bunch of free pub on NBC and falls flat, meanwhile VISX goes up. I love these KERAsterics who predicted a big uptick today.

Baja, I don't know about you but I'm getting sick of the word "reversible" being used in KERA reports.

Besides, IMHO sometimes "reversible" isn't the best selling point. Don't try it when proposing marriage.

As you can see, I am new at looking at VISX. Could someone explain to me the difference between RK and a procedure w/ a VISX laser?

Which is better and why? RK has been around a long time right?
