Also of note to investors, the latest edition of Business Week is
reporting that floor brokers and specialists on the Amex exchange
"regularly engage in price-fixing" when trading options. The Wall
Street Journal reported that the Justice Department is currently
looking into possible collusion among the country's four options
exchanges.

What is the difference in copy/paste a press release on THIS
website (SI thread) and copy/paste a press release on HIS website.

Same difference, there is no excusing him just because it was HIS
homepage! He created a FAKE news release using a TRADEMARKED
name and intended to defraud investors by advertising the link
on message boards so everyone could see it.
